Steady in the Small Things! May 5, 2026

“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.”

Luke 16:10

Today’s Word

Tuesdays don’t usually carry the excitement of beginnings or the relief of endings. They sit quietly in the middle—often filled with routine, responsibilities, and small tasks that can feel unnoticed. But it’s in these ordinary moments that faithfulness is built.

Doing small things with care, integrity, and patience matters more than it seems. Every kind word, every honest effort, every choice to stay consistent—even when no one is watching—shapes your character. Growth rarely happens in big, dramatic leaps; it happens in steady steps.

Great things are often built through small, consistent acts done with love.

God values what is done in quiet faithfulness just as much as what is done in the spotlight.

Prayer

Lord, help me to stay faithful in the small things today. Give me patience in routine, strength in responsibility, and a heart that honors You in every detail. Even when today feels ordinary, remind me that it still has purpose. Amen.
