Mr. Gainey has over 30 years experience operating non-profit organizations, pastoral leadership and extensive care ministering to the needs of those less fortunate. He is the founder of the Quality Aviation Network, offering free flight training to students in Richmond County.

 

More currently, Mr. Gainey sits on the DYAD board for NC Medicaid, is a member of board for Richmond County Hospice, and is a Richmond County Commissioner.

His desire is to continue to partner with churches and other non-profits to help meet the physical, medical and emotional needs of residents in our community. 

Dr. Gainey has over 25 years experience in the medical field. Her area of research interest is genetics and genomic testing, which provides feedback on metabolic processes in medication treatment with individuals with behavioral health issues.

She is the founder and CEO of Sandhills Best Care Clinic in Richmond County offering both Behavioral Health and Primary Care services to Richmond County and surrounding areas.

Dr. Gainey is the Chair of the Global Continuous Quality Improvement Board at Sandhills Center, LME. The goal of this team to help families obtain the proper care that they need. 

​

She partners with local agencies in our community including Richmond County Schools and Sandhills Alternative Academy to provide services for the uninsured. 

​

Through Hope for My Life, Dr. Gainey has pioneered a way to partner with government, local-church and individual doners to meet the needs of individuals who may not be able to afford services.
