Meet our Staff

Gina Williams

Gina Williams is one of our staff members here at Sandhills Best Care. Gina graduated from Richmond Senior High School back in 2005. After, she attended Richmond Community College to complete numerous courses including phlebotomy and human resources.

Gina is a lover of all things medical. Whether it is working hands on with patients, or performing lab work, she loves working in the medical field. Gina enjoys the daily changes of the job. One day, she plans to further her education in the medical field.

Gina has been married to her husband for almost 15 years. They have 3 beautiful children together. Gina enjoys doing anything that involves her family, such as going to the beach or riding four wheelers. Their family also has a 1-year-old Golden Retriever puppy, who they love dearly. Gina loves helping others. She loves being able to teach and train others around her.

Nicole Deaver

Nicole Deaver is one of our staff members here at Sandhills Best Care. Nicole graduated from The Keystone School and is a credentialing specialist.

Nicole has been married to her husband for almost fourteen years. They have two sons together, one aged eleven and one seven.

Nicole enjoys being outdoors playing with her family and taking care of their small farm. She hopes to one day turn her farm into a full-time job.

Monique Smith

Monique is the patient access representative at Sandhills Best Care. She has been a staff member here since October of 2022.

Monique knew she wanted to work in the healthcare field when she was a young girl in her father's GP office in South Carolina. She saw the way he impacted people's lives and realized she wanted to carry on that legacy. She enjoys working in this field and loves spreading any good news to patients who come in the clinic.

Monique loves to bake as a hobby. In her free time, she chooses to spend quality time with her family and fur baby.

Tiffany Pate

Tiffany Pate is a Certified Medical Assistant for one of our providers, Dr. Heather Futrell, who she strongly enjoys working aside. She is certified through the AAMA, the American Association of Medical Assistants. Tiffany has been a part of our staff since February 2022.

Tiffany has multiple different degrees and certifications, including her Associate in Arts, Associate in Science, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Certified Medical Assistant.

As Tiffany was growing up, she watched the people around her always care for the sick and broken. With this, she could not imagine herself working in anything besides the healthcare field. She feels that patient care is her passion. Tiffany is always reading new things to stay updated on healthcare information and topics.

Tiffany enjoys doing arts and crafts, where she creates sublimation cups. She also enjoys heading to the beach to fish. What truly matters to her are her daughter, Kamerin, and her significant other, Scott. Tiffany strives to make time to spend with her loved ones.

Prior to SBC, Tiffany lived in Florida, where she worked at Disney's Animal Kingdom, along with other popular places, where she met many celebrities. She is very proud of her home state.

Allison Howell

Allison Howell is a part of our Sandhills Best Care office staff. She enjoys working in the healthcare environment because seeing people heal from being sick is something that brings her happiness.

Allison's hobbies include spending quality time with her family and reading a good book. She believes that a good book can take you anywhere.
