Today's Word

Waiting is never easy, especially when we are eager for change or answers. But in the midst of our impatience, Lamentations reminds us that there is goodness in waiting quietly for the Lord. His timing is always perfect, and there is a peace that comes when we trust in His process.

Waiting doesn’t mean inaction—it means trusting in God’s perfect timing and relying on His faithfulness. When we wait with an open heart, we allow God to manifest his plans for us. It’s in the waiting that our faith is strengthened.

Prayer

Lord, help me to wait on You with patience and trust. Teach me to embrace Your timing and rest in the knowledge that You are always at work for my good. Give me peace as I wait for Your perfect plan to unfold. In Jesus' name, Amen.
