Today's Word

In our fast-paced world, we often fail to listen deeply, whether it’s to others or to God. This verse highlights the value of listening to correction, especially when it leads to growth and wisdom. It’s easy to become defensive when faced with criticism, but when we approach reproof with humility, we open ourselves to greater understanding.

True wisdom comes when we learn to listen, not just hear. As we listen to God’s Word and the advice of others, we dwell among the wise and grow in maturity.

Prayer

Lord, help me to have a listening ear. Teach me to embrace wisdom, even through correction, so that I may grow closer to You. Open my heart to Your guidance today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
