Today’s Word

Jesus wasn’t speaking against wealth itself, but against the false security it can bring. When we rely too much on what we own, we begin to lose sight of the One who owns it all. This verse gently reminds us: surrender isn’t loss—it’s freedom.

God invites us into a life that isn’t weighed down by what we have to keep, but lifted by what we’ve given to Him. The more we release, the more room we make for grace, peace, and true joy.

Prayer

Lord, help me live with open hands. Teach me to trust You more than the things I hold onto. May my heart stay free and my faith grow deep, always choosing You above anything else. Amen.
