God Brings Purpose from Rejection! July 25, 2026

“This Jesus is the stone that was rejected by you, the builders, which has become the cornerstone.”

Acts 4:11

Today’s Word

The cornerstone is the most important stone in a building. It determines the direction, strength, and stability of the entire structure. Without it, the building cannot stand properly.

Perhaps you have experienced rejection, disappointment, or seasons where you felt overlooked. Remember that God specializes in bringing purpose out of what others disregard. More importantly, He invites you to build every part of your life on Christ. When Jesus is your Cornerstone, you have a firm foundation that cannot be shaken by life's storms.

Today, examine what your life is resting on. If Christ is truly your Cornerstone, you can stand with confidence, knowing that your foundation is secure.

Prayer

Father, thank You for giving us Jesus, the true Cornerstone of our faith. Forgive me for the times I have relied on my own strength instead of trusting in Him. Help me build every area of my life on Your truth and Your promises. When I face rejection, uncertainty, or trials, remind me that my foundation is secure in Christ. Strengthen my faith so that I may stand firm and bring glory to You in all I do. In Jesus' name, Amen.
