Stretch Out Your Hand! November 4, 2025

“Another time Jesus went into the synagogue, and a man with a shriveled hand was there.”

Mark 3:1

Today’s Word

This moment in Scripture reminds us that Jesus meets us right where our brokenness is visible. The man with the withered hand could have hidden in shame, but instead, he encountered the Healer in the place of worship. Likewise, God calls us to bring our imperfections before Him—not to conceal them. When Jesus told the man to stretch out his hand, it was an act of obedience and faith that led to restoration. Whatever part of your life feels “withered,” stretch it toward God today. Healing begins when we respond to His invitation to trust.

Prayer

Lord Jesus, thank You for seeing me even in my weakness. Teach me to come before You honestly, without fear or hiding. When You call me to stretch my faith, give me courage to respond. Restore what is broken and let Your healing power work freely in my life. Amen.
