Today’s Word

We often carry burdens we were never meant to bear. Anxiety weighs down the heart, but God offers a beautiful exchange: give Him your worries, and He will give you His rest. Notice the verse says to cast all your anxiety—not just the big things, but the small, nagging thoughts too. He cares about the details of your life because He cares deeply for you. You can release your grip on control today, knowing that the Creator of the universe is holding your future securely.

Prayer

Jesus, I hand over the worries and anxieties I've been carrying. I lift them off my shoulders and place them into Your hands. Thank You for caring so deeply for me. Teach me to trust Your timing and Your goodness today. Amen.
