“The Lord delights in those who fear him, who put their hope in his unfailing love.”

Psalm 147:11

Today’s Word

God’s delight is not found in our perfection, accomplishments, or outward strength. Instead, He delights in hearts that hope in His love—love that does not change, does not fail, and does not withdraw when we struggle.

Putting our hope in God means choosing to trust His character even when circumstances shift. It means resting in the truth that His love is steady, strong, and always enough.

Prayer

Lord, thank You for loving me with a love that never fails. Teach me to place my hope fully in You, not in my own abilities or in what I see around me. When doubts rise, steady my heart. When fears whisper, speak Your truth over me. Let Your unfailing love shape my thoughts, guide my choices, and fill me with confidence in who You are. Help me walk through today anchored in Your grace. Amen.
