Today’s Word

As you begin this new month, settle this truth deep in your heart: you have a Shepherd, and because of Him, lack has no place in your life. David boldly declared, “I shall not want,” because he knew God was his source, his provider, and his protector. Pressure may try to tell you otherwise, but God’s Word is final. When you follow your Shepherd, He leads you into green pastures, beside still waters, and into paths of peace. This September, let your trust rest fully in Him. Refuse worry, refuse fear. Lift your voice and declare, “The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want.” As you keep your eyes on Him, He will direct your steps into supply, abundance, and peace.

Prayer

Father, I thank You that You are my Shepherd. Because of You, I shall not want. I refuse to fear lack, shortage, or defeat. My trust is in You alone. This month, lead me into green pastures, restore my soul, and guide me in Your perfect will. I declare September is a month of provision, peace, and overflowing goodness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
