Today’s Word

Psalm 145:18 reminds us that God is not distant or unreachable. He is close—closer than the anxieties we feel, the pressures we carry, and the worries we try to handle alone. His nearness is not something we earn; it is something He promises to those who call on Him sincerely.

When we come before God with honesty—whether in gratitude, struggle, or quiet longing—He meets us with His presence. He hears every whisper of our heart and draws near with comfort, wisdom, and peace.

Prayer

Lord, thank You for drawing near to me today. Help me speak to You with honesty and openness, holding nothing back. Remind me that You see the hidden places of my heart and still welcome me with love. As I walk through this day, let me sense Your presence guiding my steps, calming my thoughts, and filling me with peace. Help me trust that You are with me in every moment. Amen.
