Today’s Word

Revelation 6:7 reminds us that there are moments in life that feel overwhelming—events we cannot stop, change, or fully understand. It points to the reality that not everything is within human control, yet nothing is outside of God’s authority.

Even in times of uncertainty, God remains sovereign. He sees the full picture when we only see fragments. This verse invites us to trust not in our own understanding, but in the One who holds history, purpose, and our lives firmly in His hands.

Prayer

Lord, when things feel heavy and beyond my control, help me trust in Your sovereignty. Calm my heart and remind me that You are always at work, even when I don’t understand. I place my faith in You today. Amen.
