“For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.”
Colossians 3:3
Today’s Word
This verse reminds us that when we surrender our lives to Christ, our old selves—our fears, guilt, and worldly desires—are put to death. The world may not understand who we truly are, but God sees us as renewed, redeemed, and covered by His grace. Living “hidden with Christ” means resting in His protection and drawing strength from His presence, knowing that our worth and purpose are found in Him alone.
Prayer
Lord, thank You for the new life I have in You. Help me to let go of the things that no longer belong to who I am in Christ. Teach me to live with peace and confidence, knowing that my life is safe and secure in Your hands. May my heart remain hidden in Your love, reflecting Your light in all I do. Amen.
