"For from His fullness we have all received, grace upon grace."
John 1:16
Today’s Word
This verse reminds us that God’s saving power is rooted in His faithfulness and purpose—not in our perfection. The Lord rescued His people, not because they were worthy, but to reveal His glory and might to the world. In the same way, every time He delivers us, restores us, or provides for us, it is to display His goodness and remind us of who He is—merciful, powerful, and true. God’s actions in our lives carry a divine purpose: to draw hearts closer to Him and to magnify His name. When we reflect on His faithfulness, we are reminded that His grace is not earned but freely given, revealing His strength through our weakness and His glory through our story.
Prayer
Lord, thank You for saving me for Your name’s sake. Help me to live in a way that brings honor to You and reflects Your mighty power. Let my life be a testimony of Your mercy and grace, and may everything I do point others back to Your glory. Remind me daily that Your deliverance is not just for my benefit, but for the world to see how great You are. Amen.
