Today’s Word

Sometimes, life can feel like a flood—overwhelming, endless, and dark. But this verse reminds us of something deeper: even the flood has a limit. God allowed the waters for a season, but not forever. He is sovereign over the storms and the silence.

Even when you feel submerged by trials or waiting with no end in sight, know this: God is still in control. The flood will not last forever. He remembers you, just as He remembered Noah. Trust that dry land is coming.

Prayer

Lord, in seasons when I feel overwhelmed and uncertain, help me remember that You are still in control. Remind me that this flood won’t last forever. Strengthen my faith to trust Your timing and Your rescue. Amen.
