Entering His Rest Through Faith! October 19, 2025

“Therefore, since the promise of entering His rest still stands, let us be careful that none of you be found to have fallen short of it.”

Hebrews 4:1

Today’s Word

This verse reminds us that God’s promise of rest is still available—it’s not just physical rest but the deep, soul-level peace that comes from trusting Him fully. Many strive, worry, and rush, missing the invitation to simply rest in His presence. God calls us to faith that ceases from striving, believing that His work is complete and His grace is enough. To enter His rest means to surrender our burdens and trust His timing, His plan, and His goodness. It is not earned; it is received by faith.

Prayer

Lord, thank You that Your promise of rest still stands. Teach me to trust You completely and to lay down every worry at Your feet. Help me to walk in faith, knowing that Your grace is sufficient and Your peace is my portion. May I rest in Your presence today and every day. Amen.
