Confess It. Believe It. Live It! August 8, 2026

“If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”

Romans 10:9

Today’s Word

Faith is more than something we quietly carry in our hearts. It is something we confess, believe, and live out each day. Romans 10:9–10 reminds us that our relationship with Christ begins with believing in our hearts and acknowledging Him with our words.

There may be moments when fear, uncertainty, or circumstances make us question what God is doing. But our circumstances do not change who He is. When we confess that Jesus is Lord, we are choosing to place our trust in Him—even when we cannot see what lies ahead.

Prayer

Lord Jesus, strengthen my faith and help me trust You completely. Let my words and actions reflect what I believe in my heart. When I feel uncertain, remind me that You are Lord and that I am never walking alone. Amen.
