Ecclesiastes 5:1

Ecclesiastes 5:1 reminds us to approach God with reverence, awareness, and sincerity. When we draw near to Him—whether in prayer, worship, or quiet reflection—He invites us to come with a heart that listens more than it speaks. God values a spirit that is humble, attentive, and ready to receive His wisdom.

This verse teaches us that our steps toward God matter. When we pause, honor His presence, and quiet our thoughts, we create space for Him to shape our hearts. A listening posture opens the door to deeper understanding, peace, and spiritual maturity.

Prayer

Lord, help me to walk wisely and reverently in Your presence. Teach me to listen before I speak and to honor You with a humble heart. Guide my steps, quiet my spirit, and draw me closer to Your wisdom each day. Amen.
