This verse paints a picture of God’s unmatched power. “Rahab” here symbolizes chaos and opposition—forces that rise against God’s will. Yet with just His arm, God scatters every enemy and silences every storm.

In your life, there may be moments when challenges feel like crashing waves. But the same God who shattered the powers of old still reigns. His strength hasn’t changed. Whatever comes against you, His power is greater.

Prayer

Lord, remind me that You are mightier than any force that rises against me. In times of trouble, be my peace and my strength. Let Your power calm every storm and push back every fear. I trust in Your victorious arm. Amen.
