He Is Knocking! January 28, 2026

“If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”

Today’s Word

Jesus is closer than you think. Right now, He is not asking where you’ve been or what you’ve done—He is asking for your heart.

Maybe you’ve been strong for a long time. Maybe you’ve been tired, confused, or quietly searching for something more. That longing you feel isn’t random. It’s God drawing you to Himself.

A real relationship with God doesn’t begin with trying harder or doing better. It begins with surrender. Jesus doesn’t come to improve your life from the outside—He comes to save you, transform you, and walk with you. When you invite Him in, He doesn’t bring shame or condemnation. He brings forgiveness, freedom, and new life.

If you’ve known about Jesus but never truly given Him your life, this is your moment. And if you once believed but drifted away, He is still knocking. What changes everything is not religion, but an encounter—saying yes to Jesus and allowing Him to be Lord.

As you open your heart to Him, you’ll begin to crave His presence, hunger for His Word, and desire a life led by God. That craving is the start of something real. That hunger is the Holy Spirit awakening you.

Right now, wherever you are, you can choose Him.

Prayer

Jesus, I come to You just as I am. I need You. I believe You died for my sins and rose again. I open my heart fully to You today. I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Forgive me, change me, and lead my life. Create in me a deep hunger for You—a craving to know You, follow You, and walk with you daily. From this moment on, my life belongs to You. Amen.
