“The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.”

Today’s Word

God is reminding you that His protection is constant—not only in the obvious dangers, but even in the slow, unseen pressures of daily life. The heat of the day speaks of exhaustion, stress, and burdens that wear you down. The night represents hidden fears, anxious thoughts, and worries that surface when everything grows quiet. Yet God promises that neither will overpower you.

You are not exposed. You are not forgotten. The Lord watches over your coming and going, guarding both your strength and your rest. Even when you feel weak, His covering does not lift. His presence is where your safety lies, and in that presence, joy quietly fills

your soul.

Walk forward without fear.

Prayer

Father, thank You for being my Keeper in every moment. When the day feels heavy and the night feels uncertain, remind me that I am under Your care. Shield my heart from fear and my mind from worry. Help me rest in Your presence, trusting that You are watching over my life completely. I place my peace in You. Amen.
