Today’s Word

The wind can be unsettling. It howls, it shakes, it disrupts. You can’t control it, and you can’t always predict when it will come. Life feels the same sometimes—unexpected pressures, emotional waves, situations that seem too strong to handle.

But when the wind confronted Jesus, it didn’t overpower Him. It obeyed Him.

That means the winds in your life—stress, fear, opposition, confusion—are not greater than your Savior. They may feel loud, but they are not in charge. One word from Jesus can shift everything.

Even if the wind hasn’t stopped yet, trust this: it is still under His authority. The storm is temporary. His power is permanent.

Prayer

Father, when I feel shaken by life’s winds, help me trust that calm is coming. Strengthen my faith while I wait and give me peace that surpasses understanding. In Jesus’ name, Amen.ve to Your voice and strengthen me daily as I walk with You. In Jesus’ name, Amen..
