Did you know that the phrase "Do not be afraid" is written in the Bible 365 times? That is exactly one reminder for every single day of the year. God knew how easily our minds would get gripped by worry, overthinking, by our choices, our words, and our relationships.

But today, God is handing you your daily reminder: Stop worrying.

When your heart is in the right place, you don't need to live in self-defense or over-explain yourself. The moment you begin to believe that God has your back, you have to decide to quit worrying.

Prayer

Father, thank you for reminding me today not to be afraid. Forgive me for letting worry steal the peace you gave me. I trust you to take over full authority of my life. In Jesus name, Amen.
