Courage That Moves Mountains! February 25, 2026

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Joshua 1:9

Today’s Word

Courage is not the absence of fear—it is the decision to move forward despite it. God never promised a life without battles, but He did promise His presence in the middle of them. When Joshua stood before the unknown, stepping into leadership after Moses, he had every reason to feel intimidated. Yet God’s command was clear: Be strong. Be courageous.

The same command echoes to you today. Courage comes from knowing who walks with you. When God is for you, fear loses its authority. The challenge may look big, the calling may feel heavy, and the future may seem uncertain—but your strength is not in yourself. It is in the One who called you.

Being courageous means trusting God’s Word more than your worries. It means speaking faith when doubt tries to whisper. It means taking the step even when you can’t see the whole staircase.

Today, choose courage. Not because you feel ready—but because God is already there ahead of you.

Prayer

Lord, give me the courage to stand firm in faith. When fear tries to rise, remind me that You are with me. Help me move forward boldly, trusting Your promises over my emotions. Strengthen my heart and align my steps with Your will. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
