Today’s Word

This isn’t a fairytale. The trumpet will sound. In one breath, everything changes. Sorrow will cease. Faith will become sight. This is the moment we live for—not fame, not comfort, but to be with Jesus forever. That trumpet is not to fear, but to look forward to.

Prayer

God, I live for the sound of that trumpet. Let nothing in this world feel more real than that promise. Keep me awake. Keep me clean. Keep me close. When You come, I want to be found with joy in my spirit and praise on my lips. Come, Lord Jesus. Amen.
