Alive in Jesus! February 20, 2026

“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”

John 10:10

Today’s Word

Jesus did not come so we could merely survive. He came so we could feel life again — deeply, richly, abundantly.

The enemy tries to steal joy. He whispers that passion is gone. He convinces you that this is all there is.

But Jesus says, “I have come that they may have life.” Not a half-life. Not a drained life. An abundant one.

Sometimes, feeling alive again doesn’t start with a dramatic breakthrough. It starts with one small surrender. One honest prayer. One moment of choosing to turn your heart back to Him.

When you invite Jesus into the numb places, He breathes again. Where there was heaviness, He brings lightness. Where there was emptiness, He fills it with His presence.

You are not meant to walk through life disconnected from your own heart.

In Christ, your spirit awakens. Your soul revives. Your life regains color.

Prayer

Lord, if I’ve been living for validation instead of purpose, realign my heart.

If I’ve been surviving instead of thriving, breathe new life into me. Teach me to choose You daily — not for performance, but for intimacy. Let my life reflect Your abundance, not the world’s approval. Amen.
