Today’s Word

As this weekend comes to a close, it's easy to let your mind drift toward the responsibilities of a new week. Questions about the future, unfinished tasks, and unanswered prayers can quietly steal the peace God longs for you to have. But today, Jesus lovingly invites you to bring every burden to Him.

He never intended for you to carry the weight of life on your own. The same Savior who gave His life for you also desires to carry your cares. When you place your worries in His hands, you make room for His peace to fill your heart.

Whatever you're facing today, remember that God is already in tomorrow. He knows every step you'll take, every challenge you'll encounter, and every grace you'll need. You don't have to understand everything you simply need to trust the One who holds all things together.

Before you begin a new week, spend a few quiet moments with the Lord. Open His Word, pour out your heart, and rest in His presence. There is no safer place to be than in the loving care of Jesus.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, Thank You for Your constant love and faithfulness. Today I surrender every burden, every worry, and every fear into Your hands. Fill my heart with Your peace and help me trust You with all that lies ahead. As I enter a new week, let me walk closely with You. Keep my eyes fixed on Jesus, strengthen my faith, and remind me that You are always with me. Thank You for carrying what I cannot and for surrounding me with Your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, Amen.
