A Life Offered with Purpose! December 12, 2025

“If the offering is a burnt offering from the herd, you are to offer a male without defect. You must present it at the entrance to the tent of meeting so that it will be acceptable to the Lord.”

Leviticus 1:3

Today’s Word

Leviticus 1:3 teaches us something profound about our relationship with God: He invites us to bring what is sincere, wholehearted, and willingly offered. In the Old Testament, the offering needed to be without defect—not to burden the giver, but to reflect honor and devotion. In our lives today, God doesn’t ask for perfection; He asks for a willing heart.

Offering ourselves to God means giving Him our intentions, our choices, and the quiet spaces of our day. It means choosing to align our hearts with Him even in small moments. When we offer God our best—not out of pressure, but out of love—He receives it with joy and meets us with renewed grace, strength, and peace.

Prayer

Lord, I offer my life to You freely and wholeheartedly. Let my thoughts, actions, and desires bring honor to Your name. Amen.
