Life is tough – sometimes overwhelming. However, remember that you have a precious privilege, a fleeting gift, a dissolving second-chance each day. It’s called time.

You have time to change and that time starts today. You have time to make a different choice and that time starts today. You have time to be a better YOU; why not today?

You have the time to take a deep breath and relax. You have time to enjoy your life. Slow down – rushing does not change the clock.
